Recognition for Training Excellence – A Call for Entries to the 2008 BII NITAs
17-Jul-2008
Do you think your training is the best of the best? Then it’s time to step forward and submit your entry for the 2008 BII NITAs; the most prestigious recognition of training excellence available to the licensed retail sector – in all its dimensions.
The BII NITAs were created to reward success achieved through effective training and development and winning an award is seen as an opportunity to create real competitive advantage for both individuals and organisations. The entry process is simple and submissions are welcomed from:
-
licensed retail companies in the on and off sector
-
training organisations
-
door supervision trainers and companies
-
colleges of further and higher education
-
individual licensees
There are eleven categories up for grabs plus an overall ‘Supreme Award’ which is presented to the person or organisation which judges consider has done the most to promote the benefits of training across the licensed retail sector.
BII marketing director Sue Medhurst commented: “Entering the BII NITAs is a superb opportunity for businesses and individuals to basically receive free consultancy on their training. The judging process for the NITAs is among the most rigorous in Britain and the independent panel of judges features some of the most influential and well respected names in the industry. Each entrant is given personal and confidential feedback from the judges on their entry.”
All entries are judged on their own merits irrespective of the size of the organisation or the number of people being trained. Entrants do not have to be members of BII.
